It is important to seek out treatment for car crash-related injuries as soon as possible, even when minor. Doing so will help to ensure minimal time off of work or school, decreasing the impact on your routine. A delay in treament, unfortunately, can extend the time it takes to fully recover as the body accustoms to an injured state.

How ICBC Coverage at Cain Exercise Rehab Works

ICBC provides coverage for drivers, passengers, and pedestrians who have been involved in a motor vehicle accident. Information on how to open a claim can be found on ICBC's website.

Upon the opening of a claim, clients are eligible to begin seeking treatment without any further need of a doctor's approval. Your practitioner will not need to check for approval up to the use of the initial 12 visits.

Booking an appointment for an ICBC treatment works the same as all other bookings, via online, email, or phone. Please provide your claim number and adjuster's contact information upon arrival.

We direct-bill for all appointments. Any amount not covered for ICBC (ie: for extended appointment lengths) may still be submitted to your personal insurance plan, if applicable.
