Cain Exercise Rehab will continue to offer Athletic Therapy Telehealth appointments amidst the ongoing COVID-19 situation.
Insurance providers have demonstrated a willingness to cover online appointments. However, we encourage each individual client to check with their individual plan due to providers not being able to provide an official statement for all cases.
These appointments will consist of visual assessment of movement and range, include self-management instructions for pain relief, and provide a guided exercise plan.
How Telehealth Appointments Will Work
Clients can book online, by phone, or by email as normal.
New and existing clients will be directed to complete a separate consent form through the online booking portal regarding the Telehealth platform.
The video call will be conducted through the same platform used for your online booking. This software meets all privacy standards and requirements for medical consultations.
You will receive a link to the call by email and will not be required to download any software.
